Holiday Park Hire Terms & Conditions

  1. All terms are as agreed at the time of booking and for the holiday home as equipped and described.
  2. ARRIVAL TIME: Your Key will be available between 3pm – 6pm (subject to unavoidable delays).
  3. LATE ARRIVALS: i.e. after 6pm. You MUST telephone reception to agree a new arrival time. Failure to do so will be deemed to be a cancellation and management reserves the right to re-let.
  4. DEPARTURE TIME is by 10 am (no later please) You are expected to leave everything in a clean, tidy condition.
  5. YOU MUST PROVIDE your own sheets, pillow slips, duvet covers, towels etc.
  6. YOUNG CHILDREN: we request you to protect the beds with waterproof under sheets.
  7. DOGS are permitted on the clear understanding that they are kept on a lead at all times, under NO circumstances left alone in the holiday home and are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the seating and upholstery. Dogs must not foul the Park.
  8. ALL our caravans are strictly NO SMOKING. Any infringement may lead to an additional charge being made.
  9. TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS to be paid for by cheque will be held for 5 days only, pending receipt of your cheque for the deposit/full amount.
  10. CANCELLATIONS: Provided notice is given in writing or faxed to us at least 42 days before commencement of the holiday all monies will be refunded, less the deposit booking fee which is non-refundable or transferable. After this date in the event of a cancellation the FULL BALANCE of the hire charge is payable by the hirer unless the accommodation can be re-let.
  11. In the event of any cancellation of any booking by the company the liability of the company will be limited to the refund of any monies paid.
  12. BREAKAGES and DAMAGE: must be reported immediately by the hirer to reception and paid for. Any damage or breakage found after the hirer has vacated will still be charged to the hirer.
  13. Equipment and fittings must not be transferred from one holiday home to another.
  14. Should the accommodation be vacated earlier than the departure day, upon return of the keys, the Management reserves the right to re-let the accommodation should it wish to do so.
  15. The number of persons, including children occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of persons stated at the time of booking or subsequently notified to the management, and at no time may exceed the number for which the caravan was booked i.e. 4 or 6 persons.
  16. PLAY AREA. It is a condition of use of the play areas that Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety of their children and consequently MUST supervise their children at all times.
  17. INSURANCE: The company strongly advises the hirer to take out their own holiday insurance cover. An insurance form can be obtained from reception.
  18. LIABILITY: The Management will not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or theft to or from any holiday home or vehicle, nor any injury whatsoever to any person staying or visiting "Middlewood Farm Holiday Park".
  19. LOST PROPERTY. Items left in the caravan at the end of your stay will be retained for 14 days only.
  20. Our policy is one of constant improvement therefore, interiors may vary from those advertised.
  21. NO COMPLAINT will be considered AFTER the visitor has left the Park. Any problems should be reported to reception as soon as possible in order to give the management the opportunity to resolve them.
